Use of the site
Eligibility and access
By accessing or using 51gameplay.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service in full. If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. Users accessing the Site from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws.
Permitted use
You may access and use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to upload or transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site's servers or connected systems; scrape or systematically extract data without prior written consent; impersonate any person or entity; or deploy automated bots or scripts that disrupt normal Site operation. Any breach of these conditions may result in immediate suspension of your access without notice.
Account and payment responsibilities
If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Where the Site supports deposits or withdrawals, transactions processed via PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM UPI are governed by the respective terms of those payment providers in addition to these Terms. 51 Game does not store your UPI credentials and is not liable for failures caused by third-party payment gateways. Intellectual property
Ownership
All content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel, is the exclusive property of 51 Game or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international intellectual property conventions. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of any Site content may constitute a civil and criminal offence under Indian law.
Limited licence to users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 51 Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content; use 51 Game trademarks or logos without prior written permission; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Site or downloaded materials.
User-submitted content
If you submit feedback, comments, or any other content to the Site, you grant 51 Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in any media. You represent that you own or hold all necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Limitation of liability
No warranties
The Site and all content, features, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 51 Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Cap on damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 51 Game's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid to 51 Game in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹500 (Indian Rupees five hundred), whichever is lower.
Excluded losses
In no event shall 51 Game be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising out of your access to or inability to access the Site. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory asserted. Certain consumer rights under Indian law may not be contractually excluded; nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
